With his positive energy and eye for talent, Davide grew NiCE from a three-person team to a global branding and design agency known for innovation, collaboration and unparalleled creative excellence.
But, more important than his limitless dedication to his craft, he cared about people. From his countless summertime barbecues, to bringing in his adorable border collie Rio to lift everyone’s spirits, Davide didn’t just make NiCE a great place to work, he made NiCE family.
